Terrible. Leadership is arrogant and out of touch. Couldn’t be part of a more toxic work environment, which has impacted mental health and caused nearly everyone on my team to quit. Goals 10x outside of reality, create a terrible pressure (unlike any sales org I’ve been a part of, this isn’t just normal sales pressure to hit/exceed). Run the other way.

They had amazing talent working for them and could be a great company to work for; however, leadership lacks communication and transparency.

My overall experience was that leadership was not well equipped to lead this organization. No one was closing deals and I would not recommend this organization.
