My overall experience at UiPath was poor due to the schizophrenic nature of their ramping up and over hiring then firing reps constantly. They yo-yo'd repeatedly and made for terrible sales culture.

after good year(s) and high achievements and relatively attractive commission plan recent changes like 50-70% quota increase and much worse commission plan are frustrating top sales
