Uber Freight used to be a great place to work, unfortunately, new leadership and new initiatives have completely ruined the sales teams, and strategies. The potential still exists because of product is go-to-market, but the lack of structure is obvious in all teams.

Working at Uber Freight had it's ups and downs. From a start up to becoming our own entity it's been a wild ride. Unfortunately, Uber Freight is not doing well as a company and we've been bleeding money forcing tough adjustments.
