ICs are held to a high standard. The sales org continues to evolve. Constant change. Not a company you can cruise at. The product is a pretty simple pitch. Quota continues to rise month over month. Many ICs are burnt out. Great employee benefits, low commission compared to elsewhere.

My experience was a solid 3 out of 5. The support from upper management isn't as present as they think it is. Our GM doesn't have good people skills, yet preaches culture and transparencey.
