Former Employee My overall experience was awful. Leadership setting unrealistic goals to force out people instead of layoffs. Inbound leads are sent to a call center and taken away from sales. Terrible customer service and onboarding. Mandated to use internal technology that doesn't work. Establishing KPIs that run in direct opposition to sales. Micromanagement and threats from management from the top down. Constant roadblocks. RUN AWAY.
