The turnover is high so they dont spend too much time training for new hires. If you really want to succeed you will have to seek out top performers and figure out what they do. if you dont learn fast enough they will get rid of you. Very fast paced as well since it is a monthly quota.

Good place to learn sales. But they push you hard and try to get the absolute most out of you and squeeze extra work out of you and sometimes results in you earning less commissions rather incentivizing you to try to earn as many commissions as possible like a true sales org.
