Its was just fine the book of the pandemic wore off and multiple Re-orgs brought team morale very low. Customers liked other delivery companies much more not just from price but operation

Good place to learn sales. But they push you hard and try to get the absolute most out of you and squeeze extra work out of you and sometimes results in you earning less commissions rather incentivizing you to try to earn as many commissions as possible like a true sales org.
