My experience at Ubereats was very stressfull. The amount of the workload coupled with the pay structure was appalling for anyone who had been in the sales industry for as long as I have been. None of the managers knew how to do the role and the expectations they had were completely unattainable. At best we were putting in 50-60 hrs of work to get a $40k salary. When other sales positions with the same amount of work had reps starting at 60k and not it being OTE.

My overall experience was short and not sweet. Training was useless. My role's objectives changed after the second month. I was put on a coaching plan after 3 months after zero negative feedback. Would not recommend.

High turnover, quota continued to increase while pay remained making bonuses/promotions difficult. Lots of micromanagement and heavy input metrics required. Good benefits, company phone and computer, monthly allowances.
