Stay away. Very poor to not existing career path. Not sales enablement team thus very poor training if any. You’ll get stuck on the same position forever and the comp will be veeeery indecent

My experience was a solid 3 out of 5. The support from upper management isn't as present as they think it is. Our GM doesn't have good people skills, yet preaches culture and transparencey.

It was a great place to start selling for a technology company. I don’t think it’s a place you could stay on as an IC for more than a couple years.

Ok not great. Company is so massive. If you’re not part of a team that attributes to most of Uber’s success (rides + restaurants) you’re pretty much left in the dark with any product changes that happen. You’re at the mercy of what Uber wants to do and you never know when they’re going to implement change.
