I have personally been successful, largely due to personal experience. It is very much ran like a B2C organization, even in the Public Sector/Business channels. That could be the wireless industry as a whole though.

Internal operations fray, and their service quality falters. It's unfortunate to witness this once-promising ship slowly sinking. Approach with caution.
