Current Employee2.3Aug 11, 2023UScellular's culture shines with amazing and caring individuals, but a concerning gap emerges with senior leadership being out of touch. Internal operations fray, and their service quality falters. It's unfortunate to witness this once-promising ship slowly sinking. Approach with caution.

Current Employee2.4Dec 21, 2023Only a small % of reps hit their target. Sales are paid out on "activation" not on ink like a lot of other telecommunication roles. I have personally been successful, largely due to personal experience. It is very much ran like a B2C organization, even in the Public Sector/Business channels. That could be the wireless industry as a whole though.
