Former Employee3.1Nov 13, 2024It was a good entry level sales job. 3-4 months to learn everything and I was a top performer by the 9-10th month.

Current Employee2.4Dec 21, 2023Only a small % of reps hit their target. Sales are paid out on "activation" not on ink like a lot of other telecommunication roles. I have personally been successful, largely due to personal experience. It is very much ran like a B2C organization, even in the Public Sector/Business channels. That could be the wireless industry as a whole though.

Current Employee1.9Oct 2, 2024Not very great. Very minimal training on processes, management is pretty bad as well. Constantly micromanaged. Go here as a last resort

Former Employee2.7Sep 5, 2023My experience working as a phone salesman was a great experience, but the opportunity to move up isn't ideal Its good for someone to get their feet wet, but a place to build a successful career
