Overall experience not positive. Lack of culture, soft leadership, low market fit. As a mater of fact, they recently announced the third layoff wave in just over a year. Feeling sorry for whoever still works there.

There is more opportunity, but upper managemnt is poor. Unfortunately Twilio allows the same people to stay in leadership with no accountability.
