Absolutely loved working here prior to the 2023 SaaS-mageddon layoffs - OTE for the Growth / SMB AE role at the time (about 2 years ago) was a little light at $120k but I was able to make just over $150k while maintaining a VERY healthy work-life balance and fairly low cortisol levels. Not sure what the company is like today following all the RIFs / restructuring, but I'd be happy to work there again if the opportunity presented itself. One more thing worth mentioning is that while layoffs not ideal, they did hook it up with a great severance package & handled everything professionally.

The company experienced tremendous growth during the early stages of Covid. Now that inbound leads have dried up there is still not a realistic GTM strategy. Company expects new logos to be closed as quickly as warm inbound leads.
