My overall experience was I enjoy being on my team but there is a lack of compensation after year 2. Product sells itself. Company as a whole sells various quota carrying IA solutions

Great company for long term employees, very difficult as a new hire. Limited support structure, marketing almost non-existent and very little upper management support. Good 12 month gig as a career reset.

APAC leader is a spreadsheet warrior who claims that he knows this senior sponsor and that but there is no way he can help to get a meeting. Expectation from same leader wants the AE to project manage product even when this is not AE role. AE told to sell products that is not ready. Bad experience with toxic vibes.

My overall experience was positive in so far as the people are extremely friendly and helpful. There is a feedback loop issue. The product development team does not have the resources available to respond to customer needs and thus results in opportunity evaporation.
