Great product and awesome startup culture. Founder really cares about employees and there well being. Very Engineering focused org, will always be at the forefront of software/tech updates. Sales process is somewhat immature. They are redefining a legacy software category which is difficult to do. Base and variable compensation are low for the complexity of the sales cycle.

Engineer first company. Was only there for under a year - only one or two reps actually hit quota for the entire company. Its got a great market fit but the sales org is still raw. Very low comp / base compared to other companies.

Horrible pay, incredible product. Management is incredibly full of themselves and this is not a sales first organization.
