My overall experience was very disappointing and overall terrible. My year at Otter was one of the most frustrating years I have had as a sales professional. Dealing with leadership especially the sales director (my direct boss) was a nightmare. Terrible communication and not helpful whatsoever. They were dishonest about OTE and how much I should expect to make, and worst of all they made my reps day to day job incredibly challenging for them by not providing them with what they needed to be successful in their role.

Very unorganized sales structure. Targets are raised without giving AE's the resources to meet them. Commission is often payed out inaccurately and it is up to employees to correct it. Managers do their best but leadership does not provide them with enough support. Total lack of transparency and a lot of false promises, no clear pathway to a promotion.
