The CEO is fine but there was a Sales Director there that had no idea what she was doing, newly promoted. Definitely quit if she is your boss. Had no idea how to even explain how the different sales methodologies worked to her team. However I heard she was demoted and can't run a team anymore so hopefully she is not in a leadership role anymore.
