All of the marketing is put into residential sales. Zero into commercial. NO incoming leads. All 100% self-generated. Quota's climbed nearly 60% YOY. No new products...no new marketing. Just because; no rationale behind it.

Unrealistic job preview! I was told that there were more inbound and internet leads than they could handle. I was also told we’d be walking in neighborhoods to visit current customers to upsell/cross-sell them on other products. My experience has not been bad.. The job comes with online training which is actually very helpful. The hands on training is not bad either but gets repetitive over time. The job itself is the same things everyday. Selling Door to Door as well as a little cold calling. Overall good atmosphere but managers are very laid back and can let things slip through the cracks.
