Great company who has an incredible tool, but since it cannot be sectionalized they run into issues selling against the newer companies in the space who specialize in one or two things.

Coming from other hospitality tech companies, this one does not know how to set their teams up for success nor do they understand the financial impacts their customers face everyday (selling a high cost product to a slim margin industry does not make it a one-size-fits all product).
