Marketing sends 1-2 emails A DAY which kills outreach for prospects and they ultimately opt out.
Less useful product features getting more attention than customer requested features and integrations ie: Free Willy AI yet no integrations for shipping, CAPI bidirectional API, and only works with Shopify stores. No woo/BigCommerce integration which would add many prospects for profitability.
Fluctuations in monthly quotas.
High cut in of 65% for commissions.
Blindsided 20+% layoff after record months including many who were overachieving quota and expectations of their roles.
