The direct sales leadership is great and very helpful. Inbound lead flow is great. Biggest issues are around customer retention due to Month-to-month contracting. As well as adding a free version that added about 4k users in 2 months but $0 MRR. Marketing sends 1-2 emails A DAY which kills outreach for prospects and they ultimately opt out.
