Current Employee 60%+ work for AEs is done post-sale. TAM is way lower than what the company reports it to be due to product limitations. Consumption quota retirement with ever changing plans. Non-existent enablement/development from Sr Leadership. Very much feels like if you weren’t a part of the company 4 years ago, you are part of “everyone else”. If you hit early you can make money, but a lot will struggle and not see a paycheck for up to 2-3 quarters even when closing business. Buggy product + consumption = a lot outside of your control.
