Tricentis will be the story of poor leadership and how not to execute. Most employees are looking elsewhere for opportunities. Terrible sales org. Do not ever, ever consider a role here if you're in sales. Entire leadership team is from SolarWinds; that company failed because of the inept leadership, and the CEO came to Tricentis and brought his entire team and playbook that failed at SolarWinds. Just go read some of the reviews on Glassdoor - avoid at all costs.
