They have some pretty toxic leadership and the rest of their leadership looks away. Namely an ex military religious zealot who moves from team to team but is some how sheltered after multiple assaults, both verbal and physical, to several employees (5+). It's probably why they have rotated a few CEOs and only keep acquiring companies. Great product in qTest but Tosca is objectively obtuse and their pilot programs seems dubious as they go out and literally build everything. It's not the simple scan like they make it seem.

Terrible sales org. Do not ever, ever consider a role here if you're in sales. Entire leadership team is from SolarWinds; that company failed because of the inept leadership, and the CEO came to Tricentis and brought his entire team and playbook that failed at SolarWinds. Just go read some of the reviews on Glassdoor - avoid at all costs.

Tricentis will be the story of poor leadership and how not to execute. Most employees are looking elsewhere for opportunities.
