Constant changes, haven’t felt so unsure at an organization, but direct leadership is great, office culture is great, team culture is great. Potential to earn could be there but now they hiring more SDR, BDR’s for “specialty” products which makes it harder. Something will give, but that something doesn’t make me feel secure in my job. On the other hand if things do work out, it could be the most ideal work environment I’ve ever been in.

The APAC head is a lead from the front person. Very logical, on the ball and full of energy. Sometimes executive level miss the ground and operational realities, numbers without people in mind.

Tricentis is a growing company and overall a good place to work. There are some growing pains that are understandable with a quickly expanding company that include regular sales org and territory changes multiple times a year.
