Following a merger, chaos was expected. However, the right leadership and team have just been put in place. There are some customer issues post merger, making an uphill battle. On the positive side, they have a great culture, comprehensive training, and competitive pay. They also have strong positions in the DLP and NDR market. However, other solutions are a bit more challenging to sell.

The past year has been very difficult. The account lists were not well planned. Layoffs every month and very few opportunities. Very crowded product space and many operational issues. Not a fun or healthy sales environment.

Excellent culture on the PubSec side. Questionable culture and experience at the ELT level. Not investing in their tech, significantly trimmed engineering and product management but keep raising quotas and structuring plans in less lucrative ways. ELT constantly talks about exit event as if it’s a motivator for reps who don’t have equity. ;-)
