My overall experience was a weird one. The product-market fit is great in Europe but barely existent in the US. The only training there is would be tutorial videos for the tool stack. There are org-wide trainings but aren’t relevant to the acquiring more customers. Commission structure changed every quarter hard to get a clear target. The people are the best part of the entire job, but if you’re looking to grow as a sales professional this is not for you.

I worked as an SDR here 2 years ago (so things may have changed) fun environment and great feeling in the office. Poor experience in that different people were paid different salaries on the team and being lied to by management or given a warning for discussing salaries.
