I worked as an SDR here 2 years ago (so things may have changed) fun environment and great feeling in the office. Poor experience in that different people were paid different salaries on the team and being lied to by management or given a warning for discussing salaries. My overall experience was a weird one. The product-market fit is great in Europe but barely existent in the US. The only training there is would be tutorial videos for the tool stack.
