I worked as an SDR here 2 years ago (so things may have changed) fun environment and great feeling in the office. Poor experience in that different people were paid different salaries on the team and being lied to by management or given a warning for discussing salaries. You have to wait a quarter before being paid on your incentives. Made it very difficult to live day to day on the base salary

A lot of the people in the US are great, but the US is totally disconnected from the BCN HQ, they do not put enough effort into ensuring there is better product market fit in US. A lot of discrepancy in pay among teams. Recently there was a round of promotions where there were no pay increases.
