My overall experience is good. The work/life balance is pretty decent - however with rapid growth and processes lagging, the market is starting to appear quite saturated.

My overall experience was a weird one. The product-market fit is great in Europe but barely existent in the US. The only training there is would be tutorial videos for the tool stack.
