Current Employee3.6May 20, 2024Great company to work for. You create your own destiny. Culture and support vary by region, but you are in charge of your own success. Base salary is strong but variable is fairly weak by industry standards. That said, if you do exceptionally well, you have an opportunity to negotiate kickers and increase that number after a certain threshold.
