I really like the people I work with. We have no standards or standard operating procedures however in my org. There still cutting their teeth trying to figure out how to compensate this role and where it fits into the bigger picture. From a services perspective they need to dial in their core focus and GTM. A lot of wild goose chases that end up being a waste of time.

Great company to work for. You create your own destiny. Culture and support vary by region, but you are in charge of your own success. Base salary is strong but variable is fairly weak by industry standards. That said, if you do exceptionally well, you have an opportunity to negotiate kickers and increase that number after a certain threshold.
