It's a cut throat frat house where if you are in, you'll make decent money. If you're not in, you won't get anything except a PIP and release from them. They aren't sales, they are snake oil cons who do whatever it takes to hit quotas. Pay is low, hours are long, you'll make more waiting tables.

Despite the terrible hours, 85 percent attrition rate and terrible leadership I was able to make money.
