I would find something else. Not worth it. There are better sales jobs and companies altogether.

good company for someone right out of college in need of expert sales training and on the job learning

Decent job fresh out of college. They set you up as an assistant for 6 months. Stressful as the only way to make money is more calls, but the current client management takes up most time.
