My first sales Job and I learned a lot. I was very successful there. work life balance was not good at all and management was not a lot of hep but overall experience was 50% out of 100%.

They play favorites at TQL. The big accounts were given to those who were holding a leadership position or to those who leadership liked.

TQL is an awesome place for someone looking to start a new career or for someone fresh out of college looking to get into sales. TQL does an amazing job of instilling work ethic into their reps and they do a great job of building a strong culture. I would highly reccomend it to anyone who is young and is looking to get their start in sales.

My overall experience was unfortunate and the “frat house” environment became old the more I matured outside of the job. If you you’re fresh out of high school or college you’ll be okay for a year or so
