Great when it comes to teaching the rough side of sales, however when it comes to this position it's a glorified call center, nothing much more than that. The compensation structure is so small due to the product not being in demand. The product is great...if it works. Reviews say they spend about the same amount of not sometimes more using our product and were here to "save money"

The product? Fantastic. The culture? Mixed bag. The company wants results more than anything- so while roles that are focused on sustainability and growth (ops, onboarding, etc) have the ability to utilize benefits. Very high turnover with tough quotas to hit. Good product but not as competitive of pay as you would want when you are asked to make hundreds of cold calls. Wouldn’t recommend unless looking to break into tech sales, would be a good starting point
