The team and leadership at Torch Dental is great, but their sales process can hurt them. SDR's are given territory with few leads in comparison to the number of calls being asked for daily- so you will be in constant contact with the same gatekeepers. This often leads to them being upset with you.

I think the compensation is the biggest downside and it can be hard to feel motivated longterm. Great direct manager but upper management is not transparent or in touch

Attrition at this company is off the charts. Over 50% of reps will be forced out or quit within 90 days. On average 30% will hit quota. Get ready to do lots of cold calling as the AE role is viewed as "full cycle" which just means you generate your own business and SDR support is "gravy". It's been said the AE role is a glorified SDR position.
