Pretty good. Not the worst company I’ve ever worked for and I know that some employees did say they wish they’d never left, so it wasn’t a bad job, but the ceiling is pretty low.

Toptal is a dynamic sales oriented company with a very strong product market fit. Internal communication is superb and compensation is good. Very few people hit quota and mostly from the sales teams in USA. I never saw middle managers to disagree with higher managers and I never saw higher managers disagreeing with the board of directors.
