It was better when I started. Now we’re public, quotas have increased and territories have shrunk. This role is very territory specific as some reps with great territories have tons of inbounds, while on the contrary, if you have a weak small less affluent territory, consistently hitting quota is simply impossible. Overall experience was poor. I was a top performer exceeding my metrics consistently and the pay never matched expectations. Tons of swag but little work life balance.
