My overall experience at the beginning was great. Unfortunately, huge lay offs happened and the whole dynamic and climate changed. Compensation plan got changed 3 times in 16 months (not for the better). Kindergarden incentives such as Merch. Also, there is no chance to progress to another role if you are not based in London (Main Office EMEA). Overall disappointing.

Delinea is lost, still trying to figure out what the merger of Centrify and Thycotic means to the market. Selling futures has run its course with many upset customers and churn. Few reps hitting their quotas and management still continues to hire blamming the reps and not over saturation.
