Worst “SaaS” company to ever work for. They white label from Vcita and call it Thryv. Horrible commission structure. Ever changing quota. Don’t even get paid ANY commission unless you meet 50% to target. Which is always changing every month. POS sales director with used car sales experience. Sucked her way to her position with no backbone to stick up for her employees pay structure

Commission was cut every Q of 2023. Quota was raised 60%. If you have closing experience, do not work here.

Company was good, management was terrible. Lots of favoritism going on.
