Current Employee1.9Sep 16, 2023Company has shrunk from 140 to 55 people. Promotion opportunities no longer exist. BD reports to marketing not sales so we can't even interact professionally with the hiring manager/department. For some odd nonsensical reason, BD earnings are capped.
