Great idea but missed opportunity to capture the market. Product needs a lot of work. Most people leave on their own. The most unnecessarily chaotic company culture I’ve ever seen.

Company has shrunk from 140 to 55 people. Promotion opportunities no longer exist. BD reports to marketing not sales so we can't even interact professionally with the hiring manager/department. For some odd nonsensical reason, BD earnings are capped.

They lied to me when interviewing, saying 50% of reps hit quota. Upon taking the role, I learned only one sales rep in the history of the company has hit quota... and they only did it once. Poor market approach.
