Upper Management is terrible and micromanaging. Top reps leave because they aren't incentivized to stay. Quota is a stretch goal in which you are penalized if you don't attain it.

My overall experience is if you’re eager to learn about the ICP (Residential Remodelers). Success is available and supported.
