They don't pay nearly as much as many other companies in the SaaS space, I wouldn't recommend working here as a CSM. Go apply to other places that are paying competitively.

I navigated the company for a mid/level sales and account management role, to a sales role on an elite group of accounts. OTE could go from 120K-200K depending on the market and products.
