I am currently interviewing for a Sales Executive role for the Westlaw/Practical Law/CoCounsel team. Does anybody happen to have any insight on the team, whether or not quota is attainable, and experiences? Any feedback on your experience would be appreciated!

I’m on a different team but truthfully you should be able to get damn close to quota. It honestly depends though on territory as they’re absolutely not all equal. Generally I’d say if you’re decent at sales you can probably assume to finish somewhere between 80-120%.

Quota is obtainable if you have experience or can catch on quickly. Roughly 13% will hit quota this year. Hope this helps.

Quota is definitely attainable. Best product on the market. Probably 40-45% of reps make quota but if you do more than just rely on layups and call ins, you'll be fine.

I worked there for almost 10 years but was let go earlier this year. Since the new CEO took over in 2020, it’s been a living hell. He introduced a “3 year change” program which ended up just being a roughly 33% increase in our quotas YoY as well as many departments being cut and downsized

One example I know of is a team in the small mid market have a 80% of their team members going over full attainment.

Mid market and large can vary more but if you are a decent rep you’ll have no issues.
