Conversely, reps outside their 6 month training period and are put in Associate Director of Training roles don’t seem to get many chances at SMB or outside sales

It’s a complete push market, where nobody actually needs what we sell, however, we must put the onus of need on the client. We are reducing a cost that is only a drop in the bucket of total expense.
