My overall experience is that we are selling a cost reduction solution in a market where cost is constantly reducing. It’s a complete push market, where nobody actually needs what we sell, however, we must put the onus of need on the client. We are reducing a cost that is only a drop in the bucket of total expense.

This company’s SDR squad is as gritty as it gets. Really good tools to use and relatively high percentages of reps hit their percentage in the ramp up period. Conversely, reps outside their 6 month training period and are put in Associate Director of Training roles don’t seem to get many chances at SMB or outside sales

SpyGlass is a great job for someone with little to no sales experience and will provide extensive training.
