This company’s SDR squad is as gritty as it gets. Really good tools to use and relatively high percentages of reps hit their percentage in the ramp up period. Conversely, reps outside their 6 month training period and are put in Associate Director of Training roles don’t seem to get many chances at SMB or outside sales

Had a phenomenal experience starting my career in B2B sales. Spyglass has a great training program and mythology that they’ve executed. Young culture that makes for a great transition for new graduates. Comp is fair, with high performers doing well for themselves.
